most likely but only if she decides to stop taking it. it's gonna hurt at first but she'll eventually get used to her mana and then it won't hurt again
I don’t think she can handle the pain since the first time she stop taking it she felt like she was gonna die
i know a lot of spoilers but nothing on this particular part of the story idk if she is gonna stop taking it. and maybe now that ML knows what those pills are he might have a way to get her mana back in a less painful manner, idk I'm just speculating
