She's totes gonna get pregnant. Like that's the type of story this is. His empire will fall to ruin and he will loose everything. He is just a shitty ruler.
To be clear I mean that this is lining up to be a revenge type of story. We know from the start that she will be remarried. No reason for the writers to not show her being 100% happy and fufillied with her new husband while the one that took her for granted falls into total ruin.
I think if I remember correctly she has twins I saw someone spoil it from the novel I think
