First of all, he was just a normal teenager when that happened. He could barely comprehend what was happening in front of him. He was also said to live as a king, fantasizing about his new life, only to be a puppet that has to be controlled by Astaroth all the time and his every move. I don’t get why you’re mad at MC. He was just desperate to live and go back to his family. This is not your normal isekai manhwa with OP intelligence and power. He hasn’t even reached adulthood and has yet to experience the real workd for himself.
Y’all saying Mc’s behavior is reasonable and I agree. What I don’t agree with is that Mc agreed with the contract so easily seeing that his life was on the line. Da faq? Should have the demon’s life on the line as well just to be equal. This way, the demon won’t violate the contract. Currently, nothing’s actually restricting him from not fulfilling the contract.
