Pretty sure they'll do a few fanservice scenes like the one with blushy Cassis etc but not showing the whole deed. Don't worry! And the plot is very important & dark as well. I agree with you, it's not that gore. I'm someone who doesn't like that much gore stuff, it's not my cup of tea.
But this one here is just a masterpiece. Not too gore, not too cheesy, actually this is a well thought story with a magnificient art style.

I've read a few spoilers and damn their relationship is sooo sweet and wholesome! (and hot as well. They fucked for 4 days straight omg-) The story is so damn amazing and dark and I love the characters so much. The villains are not these whishywashy villains but real ones. Shitty ones. And I love that. To be honest Roxanne's family is shitty yeah, but everyone's so hot and badass. Reminds me of these badass yakuza family's or Killua's family from Hunter x Hunter. Apparently the manhwa is completed with 3/4 volumes. So much shit is happening later - this is only the beginning.
And I adore the sibling relationship between Jeremy and Roxanne. It's just so...Cute? Like I love how they kinda have each other in this shithole. They comforted each other when they were small and them holding hands is so cute too?? I love this so much. Gosh, Cassis, Roxanne, a grownup Jeremy, Dion, a-not-so-fuxked-up daddy - please come to me! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Honestly I don't think this is too gore/hardcore at all. Maybe some people are shocked because the other villainess-romance-webtoons are more fluffy/don't show blood etc and thought this one's gonne be like that as well.
