I was referring to age 13 bc that’s the age of consent in some areas of Japan and ppl keep bringing that age up in comments. If I’m not mistaken I believe he’s 16 in the story but that’s not much better imo either with the age difference. But I was mostly just commenting in general on their laws and to all the ppl taking this seriously when these are not real characters.

By their own law this may not make it ILLEGAL but 13 is still a child (age of consent in some areas) so by definition it is still pedophilia. And they can only get married at 16 if they have parental consent so clearly they’re not not quite an adult. Their age of what’s considered an adult in Japan is 20. This can be argued all day but the point is it’s FICTION. You can clearly read the description and know if this is a story you want to read or not. No need for ppl to come and constantly comment about how ppl who like this are weird, how this is wrong etc. THEY. ARE. NOT. REAL.
