So from what I've picked up seme met uke during this banquet thing and seme marked uke(idk if it's permanent) while he was in rut. Later uke and seme went into a car together bcs uhh I don't remember... They got into an accident and seme lost his memories. Seme's mom made a deal with uke to stay with seme until seme is healed since seme also has a condition which has to do with pheromones and uke. And that's where they are now. Just together.
