That's nearly all of them. I mean, my favourites are Full-Metal Alchemist and D. Grayman (also a horror.) Magi and XXX-Holic are good. Even seriously shounen-styled manga like Saiyuki have magical arcs.
i dont really get what you mean by magical theme ( im more of a manga person!(￣∇￣")) but i do think if you are looking for fantasy i really like kuroshitsuji (black butler)... ╮(￣▽￣)╭ ?? sorry
