The accident happened the next day actually bc they stay a night at hotel first. The driver is a traitor and he want to kill keith but yeon woo notice first. They jump from the car and keith shoot the car tyre bc he wants the driver alive to find the mastermind. Keith was injured and they try to go to safe place where the helicopter heading to. But otw to that place, landslide occur and yeon woo push keith away to save him bc he is remind of past when he late to save keith and he got stabbed. Then come the scene in the latest raw where they in helicopter on their way to hospital. Keith saying dont leave me and Yeon woo hoping for him to save the baby. And yeon woo also confess his love before he fainted and make keith cried more.
