If you read carefully, I believe it actually says that he found out he was a recessive omega at 19. He hadn't had a heat though until that night with Felix (presumably he started taking meds as soon as he found out). Pretty sure he said somewhere that he's about 30, so he would have been 26 or so that night, but up until then he was uninterested in sexy times and being an omega in general.

Nah ur literally pushing this agenda when the original author and artist of this story clearly stated “ 19 “, youre NOT the author, they are LOL. The only discrepancy is of when isaac mentioned he was 30 in the mahnwa raws but in the novel he didnt say he was 30. At least go check the damn raws instead of yapping over here without no actual proof
You're the one pushing an agenda. Why would he have inhibitors on him that night on the island, if he didn't already know he was an omega? It clearly says he found out at 19, and he had his first heat on the island, not that those things occurred concurrently.
