I don't think, at this point, that there's any reason to think Subaru has a thing for Fuuka. If anything, I think Subaru is annoyed at Fuuka's cowardice, since Fuu loves Asahi romantically, and knows it, but refuses to make a move for fear of disrupting their friendship.
I think Asahi just has a tendency to view everything through a lens of how it makes Subaru feel. When Fuuka is there, Asahi has fun, and that makes Subaru happy. All Asahi notices is that Fuuka being there makes Subaru more lively, she doesn't recognize why.
As far as Asahi's feelings are concerned, I think she views Fuuka entirely platonically, and is oblivious to her feelings. She knows she feels something for Hinako, but she isn't used to thinking about her own wants, so she doesn't recognize that it's romantic, yet.

I'm confuse to thinking if asahi will pick fuuka or hinako and also subaru might have a thing for fuu and all i know is asahi priorities subaru first ...... wait am i right on this ?
