Sure he dresses as a "girl" sometimes, but he never explicitly stated that he wanted to be a girl. I'm pretty sure he's comfortable in his own skin and isn't having terrible gender dysphoria.
i see your point. but rather dont u think that he is extremely comfortable as a girl rather than a guy. ik it wasnt explicitly stated but it has been clearly shown that hiura prefers himself as a girl. he isnt undergoing terrible gender dysphoria cuz everyone around him have already accepted him
It seems that he's comfortable either way (as a guy or girl), so I think he's just gender fluid rather than trans. He hasn't explicitly said he prefers being or becoming a girl, but he enjoys dressing up for the person he likes.
He's still very much also comfortable with his male self.
