Let’s say he did go into a rut, isaac’s pheromones should have been ingrained into him because of how strong and fresh his pheromones are since it was his first time manifesting. even the morning after the deed, pheromones would have lingered.
So the moment Felix got a whiff of isaac’s pheromones after their reunion, he should have known.
But wasn't Felix taking those type of drugs that prevent him from going into heat and releasing excess pheromones? Idk how to explain it but in countless episodes we can see that he was trying to suppress his inner omega side, including his pheromones. It's true that Felix smelled Isaacs pheromones when they shagged but he didn't seem to have been taken back by it. Besides, if he knew that isaac had a son then obv it would be his. It's even more obvious considering the child is literally a carbon copy of him. But, poor pea-brained Felix couldn't notice something as obvious as that,so how could we know that he realised that omega was Isaac. Plus let's not forget that Isaac was that secret army agent thingie (forgot the name) plus he has people chasing after him so he wouldn't be so clumsy to carelessly release his pheromones, especially since he identifies as a beta.
Well even if he was suppressing his pheromones, felix still should have recognized isaac’s scent No matter how faint from the beginning. Felix was already severely exposed to them the night on the island and even caused him to have traumatic memories. So it should have been triggering for him and made that memory resurface.
Felix should have sooner looked into that night and who was involved...actually even BEFORE they met...if he had real plans on “payback”
