Aight so the FL went to a bar in the slums or whatever to start spreading folk songs to get it popular to rival against the church of that country that wants to squash folk songs and culture. So this is the first step of her going out in disguise to sing folk songs in poorer areas. She goes and does it at this bar but the owner of that bar who is some criminal geezer wants to ensnare her into working for that bar full time so they're trying to escape from him. The duke (the white haired love interest of the FL that wants to protect her from afar) also happened to be in disguise at that place at the same time, he just so happened to have black hair and blue eyes when his actual hair is really just platinum as you've seen in past chapters, and he's trying to help them escape.
