No, there's no excuse for frequently misgendering Mira. They've been translating this series from the first chapter, where Mira was introduced alongside the other capture targets, with the correct pronouns. So they really should have remembered, but they keep "forgetting" every time he appears after that. Even when he gives his correct pronouns.
Misgendering Mira is starting to feel like a deliberate choice on the scanlation group's part at this point, and frankly, I find it annoying. Mira was never mistaken as female in the novel, so it feels even worse.
