Another point id like to make id that if current yaoi tropes upset you or anybody else, why not read a sho-ai or make your own? Complaining about someone elses work (that we are reading FOR FREE) is really petty in this sense, because it makes no sense to now act as if the author and others who just like to read fiction (because its fake and no one goes after the loli manga this hard wtf) are in sometype of evil gang that is immoral and thinks rape stuff is okay in the real world, casue its not okay in the real world, duh??? At this point, whenever I see someone hetting mad at a certain theme in ONLY a YAOI and ignoring the fact that that is a theme seen across genres, I get a bit pissed because...well, I just wrote why.
