Yes the film focusing on Haribo Akihiko & Ugetsu's relationship. They cut some scenes of Mafuyu and Ritsuka.. But not much important,, like kissing etc. Manga is all way better than anime but anime isn't the worst. I watched film before read the manga and don't regret at all. I think whatever you do you won't regret.. oh and season1 is much better on manga, you see everything much more clearly about Yuki and Mafuyu's relationship, and his friends too.
