Yo help me find this manga p l e a s e

Short summary is the MC goes to help out a friend at a bar and it’s kinda a gay bar. The manager at the store cross dresses but like- only what people can’t see. At first it makes the MC uncomfortable but soon he realizes he kinda likes the manager and he wants to apologize for what he had done/said to him. So MC asks a regular at the bar who owns a men’s lingerie shop to help him pick out some for the manager. The manager rejects his gift, thinking he’s making fun of him, and this obviously hurt the MC so he stops coming to work. The regular who had helped him pick out something comes to the bar and tells the manager how he had taken his time to find something that he thought the manager would like. The manager feels guilty, goes to apologize. Happy ending. But I literally can not remember the name and it’s going to be the death of me- （/TДT)/
