We can tell this even before reading the manga but commenting things like this to demotivate author/ translators is mean. Maybe the storyline is this way & he'll get his character development but that's how it is.

it's not bad, they're just telling u what's going to happen. in your own words "i'm going to drop this if he ends up with keith" so there's your warning. but let's be honest, if you're so "invested" you're going to keep reading regardless if he ends up with keith.
