I read the spoilers for this novel because I couldn't get myself to read it. It's kind of bloody and at the same time less bloody than you'd think from just reading he description (does this make sense?). Ml is the brother, but they're not actually blood related. I don't know if she read the novel she reincarnated into but I think she might have known they're not blood related, and he knew too? But she finds this out later.
If the story isn't your thing, then your emotions are valid, just don't read the story. I learned a while ago to ignore some parts of fiction that I would never be okay with in real life, and I've read stories with actual incest so I'm pretty okay with this story.
