Hello, I am just confused and curious I wanna know why.

I notice some people hate harem but when I check there list some of there favourites have reverse harem on them why you hate harem then? I mean it's the same concept but only the different gender. My question is more on harem when I look at reverse harem nobody's complaining that's it's another reverse harem, unlike harem the comments are just full of hate when they saw harem.
I wanna also say I get some characters are irritating in a harem manga but it's the same as reverse harem too we hate and love some characters. ( No hate please I'm just curious. )
P.s I feel like this is breaking the rules so tell me immediately if I'm breaking the rules I don't wanna lose this account.
