I dont think revenge is ever a strong trait and I think forgiviness(but still moving) on is much stronger. But since you don't see the proper forgiveness in yaoi(you usally see the type that is forgivness that takes it to the extreme like literally getting with your rapist) I guess taking revenge is more interesting, but I don't think it makes you a stronger person. Though like in most manwha the character devolpment in this story isn't exactly natural or good per say.
I love the Uke in this. He’s such a strong individual and reacts in a normal but tough way to the story events unlike these usual possessive plots. Like he fucks off when the seme does something toxic to ruin the relationship, and then when he’s raped actually goes for revenge instead of it somehow being some sort of resolved “loving proof” that the seme is actually committed now. Like “he’s gone insane” isn’t this possessive extreme love thing. The Uke actually means the Seme is crazy and the hypocrisy actually disgusts him instead of leading to love. Way to keep normal perspective dude. And to revenge too. (I’m sure it’s gonna end in the usual trope but I love the non-cliche way of getting there ;-). )
