The Uke en3d up talking to the Seme's brother and ended up telling him about how genuine his feeling were and that he can't break them up and shit. They also ended up meeting with the Seme's mother who apparently knows the uke's dad.
Even though after properly meeting the seme the users dad doesn't approve of their relationship at least not fully until the end
B4 the story ended the uke ended up signing up for a game competition of some sort and ended up winning.
The last chapter is chapter 60 and the Seme proposed to the Uke and he said yes.
