they can't go out with each other because Okozono basically doesn't want to start a relationship with Yamashiro because if he does, it might end someday. That's his philosophy~ So his twisted way of loving Yamashiro involves stealing things from him including the people he goes out with.. And somehow Yamashiro also plays the game.. He's aware what Okozono does and in turn uses people for Okozono to steal..

Murata- is he the guy who confessed to Yamashiro and had sex with him in the library?
