Nice theory, but after the latest chapter, Yeonwu apparently DID something hence why Taehwan turned the way he is. I'm somewhat afraid of this "What I did in the past..." because people tend to do something stupid when they're in love.
But I hope the crush thingy is true. It would be so cute. Hahahaha.
it was kinda stupid of him but i also i get why teen yeonwoo did it, he was still a kid tbh. im glad esther told him (in chpt 7 of s2 that dropped on t*p*s earlier today) that he blames himself way more than he needs to cause she's right and she should say it. kinda frustrated that it wont be fully shown what he did or why until like chpt 9 at least. gaaaad why cant the english publisher release 2 chpts a week. pls my crops r dying...

exactly, taehwan and his motivations are actually complex and sympathetic if still wrongheaded and yeonwoo is right to feel a little guilty for what he did (but whatever fault he has is minor compared to the real causes of taehwan's trauma). im really interested to see what conversations will pop up here as more of the chpts get translated. im also like super excited and stressed about the new chpt on friday. i might just stay wake up early and refresh the bomtoon page for hours (im jk i wont do that i love sleep too much but KST is about 12 ish hours ahead of me so hopefully i can read it and have it uploaded here early in the day)

Tbh I think that taehwan somehow developed a crush on yeonwoo back in highschool because he was the only one that he could be himself around. He could feel himself gravitating toward him. That most likey scared him and he always is thinking about what people will think about him. Taehwan knew that his would ruin his rep so he started to treat yeonwoo badly (coldly) in order to drive him away
