He did apologize later on during "cuddle time" but I agree he should have recognized that it was his fault that Sakura acted that way. But in the end communication is pretty important and Sakura was unwilling (which is understandable) so it made sense how Mizuki was frustrated. (Though you could see who was more at fault than the other)
maybe i wouldn't understand because i've never been in love, but i think mizuki should've apologized as well instead of only letting sakura apologize and feel bad. i mean it was his fault, but he didn't recognize that which bothered ne
