No. Masayuki just lost it. Not because he's really want it from the start. Thats the difference. Masayuki clearly love keito and didn't do anything to him. But gino, sexually harassed keito while thingking just want to fuck but not love him.
Okay but what did he do? Still sexually harassed keito. Him losing his composure just because he wanted it to be him who's doing it with keito "because of love" doesn't change that fact.

The fact that gino assaulted keito didnt sit right with me but i get the part where he didnt fell for a guy who’s been in love w him for years. It happens irl (without the assault part obvly jsjdjdjdjjd) time doesn’t really matter of when one will fall in love honestly. BUT GODDAMN Masayuki is respectful as heck though he deserves better.
