I think if they are going to the same school ofcoz they heard about each other rumors, met each other at breaks but nothing more! I think He Tian doing it bcoz of the fight between red hair and zhang zheng xi is a kind of a revenge coz He Tian likes Jiang Yi and also he knows that Jiang Yi loves A-Xi and A-xi got beaten so hard by red hair and it turned like He Tian is bully-teasing him now...plus he really do have a strange interest in him after that fight at school.
He Tian just cheking out the info that he once heared about red hair coz what we see dude have some problems with family! Yeah seems he tian see somehing on redhead on their first comfrontation, that chapter when they will gang up on jian yi and he tian suggest that they would settle thingsbone on one, wonder what happen after that cause in the following chapters yeah red head is frightened of he tian lol. Btw. From one side, looks like he tian knows the red head before, well maybe. 1.) cause he brought him to his house to cook, not fully knowing if redhead is really capable of cooking. 2.) He tian is checking, he ask if red head has restaurant, whatbis it? He tian is a former customer? Though redhead said they dont have that now and hre is desperate for money? 3.) He expresses his rough side to redhead, well its kinda bullying though he tian was only that way in redhead, he seems composed and witty to others in school so i dunno what gives if he will be rough at redhead
