unless she planned on destroying them, such dangerous artifacts in the hands of the royal family are no safer than they were with the tower.
I hope the agreement they come to is along the lines of the tower gets to keep them and there is just increased security (maybe some non-tower affiliated guards are also stationed with tower security).
Since they are dangerous, it would make sense that no one person/organization is completely responsible. But unless the royal plans to use them (which would be sus) they should be returned to the tower with either non-affiliated watch or a mix of tower and royal watch. (checks and balances sorta deal)

hold on i dont understand, why do they wanna keep the ancient artifacts? sure its dangerous and all that but IT IS STOLEN FROM THE MAGES SO IT IS THEIRS TO TAKE IT BACK THEY DONT NEED UR PERMISSION FOR IT CAUSE ITS NOT EVEN THE ROYAL FAMILY'S PROPERTY, just say yes its already GREAT that master shelmeo is helping u guys
