Thats because of the end of season. They havent said anything about discontinuing the story or going into hiatus. They just preparing the 4th season

between the end of season 2 (ch 84) and and the start of season 3 (ch 85) there was a 4 month break. We should expect season 4 to be start in April.

There have been no news that the story is being discontinued anywhere. The uploaders didnt say the story was being discontinued. They only stated that tappytoons wont continue translating the series. The status in South Korea is still officially reported to be ongoing and ch 120 is indeed the last chapter of season 3. They usually take a few months of break in between season.
