I thought so too but he says he got tested and that's not the case so
i think that was about ocd if i understood the scene correctly. i doubt it will get confirmed anyway but it's just surprising to me how well autism is represented here that it's hard to believe it's unintentional. even his computer science major is a major stereotype of autism.

thats an interesting thought. personally im not super familiar with characteristics of autism so i just assumed hes a very mathematical and logic driven guy.. i had a grandfather who acted similar and wasnt autistic but you could be right. :)
autism is still very misunderstood and autistic people with low support needs often go undiagnosed their whole life, you can sense that there's something "off" about them but you can't really explain why. as an autistic person myself, sangwoo is probably one of the most relatable characters to me i've come across in a webtoon and seeing an autistic coded character treated like a normal person in fiction made me really happy :)
anyone else think sangwoo is autistic? he has some obvious autistic traits like not recognizing faces, having a specific schedule and getting upset when it changes and he cant read other peoples intentions (he doesnt get that jaeyong just wants to get along with him). i dont know if the author did that on purpose but this is the first time i found a realistic representation of the autism spectrum in a webtoon and i really understand sangwoo.
