Please help

yaoi/shounen ai manga about a student being force to help twins, who he knows ever since childhood, in the student council but has this one guy that helps him with his work and the twins don't like him since he's taking their "mom" away from them. They somehow won the election only cause they told everyone that the childhood main guy will help them with their student council work. (tbh, they kinda look like Lelouch and Suzaku).
