ok whats this one called

its your stereotypical girly 18th century isekai (p sure its an isekai) where the girl has like black magic or something, and her family tries to kill her when shes little, but she survives somehow, and then she goes and stays with this duchess lady whos a badass and has like 3 sons and a dopey husband and basically their goal is to sue her original family. also theres a guy from the church whos HOT and hes like her body guard for this training thing and they do laundry together? i binged this a few weeks ago but didnt add it to my list bc im a dumbass :)
