No, he did not. It just woman might have thought that the house of his friend is the house of the father of the son. So the real father does not know he has son(〜￣△￣)〜
I suppose the real dad of towa is actually this dads friend. Bc they firstly look alike, secondly have si podria ilar attraction and interest. Thirdly he is a friend of the ML so he frequent in that house, and i think that is the reason why his actual son he dont know abt is under care of ML.
