Well I don't know about DxJ but some people said that Dane has a boyfriend in the novel, I can't read Korean so I don't know what's going on in the novel

I'm not sure but from the summary I saw of this story, what I understood is that the story focuses on Josh and the father of his child who is an actor in the West. It's about how he got the mark and the baby and why he left and now in the future how he had to go back to Chase ( the other guy, baby daddy) in order to protect him and all. Our boy Josh comes to the rescue of this guy Chase all the time.
I also saw a naver review about this story, which helped me to understand it better.
For all of you who like Dane he is not an endgame but there is a novel about him and I think Josh too (I don't know if they are a thing or not)
