It's more about the fact Minhyuk stepped in to save Sooyoung.
Taesung is Minhyuk's hyung and boss in the organisation and he went against his orders as now Taesung is looking at him to figure out why. We know why. He likes Sooyoung, but up until this point no one else knew that.
Minhyuk stepped into Taesung's role when he shouldn't have.
(He saved Sooyoung's life so he currently has 1 right).
