I didn't see this bit in the manhwa (maybe I missed int), but it came up rlly early in the novel: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . so the MC was actually the REAL Cayena and, when she died, she entered the modern world. That's why, when she read the novel, she was so attached to the villainess. She didn't remember first life (as Cayena) in her second life (modern world) but realized it when she entered the "novel" (she kinda just went back in time). I'm surprised they didn't mention this because it's pretty important. All this was said in chapter 2 of the novel.
