As a medical student I need to say I'm absolutely disturbed by seme's motive and actions. He used Uke's trust(between patient and professionals) to get benefits of it.... That's absolutely not giving readers the right image about doctors or any health&care related professionals.. even if others said: oh the uke wants it, but uke has thought that it was a part of the treatment, that's what make it wrong. Uke was definitely not consent about it...

I can agree with you if the same thing happened in reality, but this is fiction, demons with big slorng fuck normal humans and we are like how tf does it fit. If it's fictional there are only a few things that i dislike, like sex and love between family (I'm always refering to yaoi) i know that there are ppl that take it seriously and think that happens in reality too with the doctors as you said. I'm not that kind of person that puts these two worlds together but some do. Idk about them, i guess lack of iq or something¿

You are right it's not all about low iq , they can be sympathising towards the characters i get that, i just wanted to point out cause the doctor acts like this doesn't mean doctors in reality do or should do the same cause it be pointed as harassment
