you said you don`t know much about this site yet, so here a few things that might be useful^^

to keep an overall view i recommend once you read a manga you mark it as "already read" and mangas that are not completed yet as "now reading" (because then you will get a notification if a new chapter is updated)

if you find a list of someone else interesting, you can click on "follow this list," then you will find this list on your own profile.
you can also recommend lists you like to others, if you click on "recommend" and then on "submit"

if you like a mangapage, you can either add it to your album or bookmark it, you just have to click the link at the top of that page, then it will be saved to your profile...
