I respect your take from what you’ve read ahead but my opinion differs. The MC has every right to let go of ALL feelings for his manipulative and obsessed first love. He wanted to monopolize everything of the mc’s. Whereas Lucius I see why he’d distance himself and act that way towards the mc. He lost his sis bc he fell in love w the mc in the past timeline and in the present. Sure that wasn’t the best course of action but it was realistic and something you can overcome. At least he didn’t want to see the mc suffer if he left him he just wanted him to be happy and safe wherever he ended up that’s all he ever wanted and that’s why he basically granted that wish the mc let out during their night together. All in all Lucius was always the better and healthier choice for the mc to grow and mature w. If the MC had stayed w his first love out of “responsibility” he probs would’ve been controlled and toyed around with like he was some object. As for the sis she deserved better and needs better and I loved her bond w the mc.

yea definitely im really glad hes with lucius now since hes a good influence on him! i understand why lucius left after getting everyone's memories back, i mean he probably thought he was bad for the mc and wanted him to have time to simply accept what has happened and heal. honestly i'm still like feeling conflicted because of how it ended. from that spoiler you can tell i obviously don't like chance, but how all of these relationships ended so abruptly (lucy and chance, chance's feelings towards the mc) leaves me not very satisfied with the ending.

Honestly it was realistic I mean the end of Chance and the mc’s “relationship”. Sometimes you just have to literally cut all ties with a person or make them constantly suffer in order for them to leave you. Chance even being suicidal was manipulation some people use over others irl. The creator really did get their point across with their friendship.

chance: cha hyuk

basically, the mc wasnt trying to make a wish, he was simply intoxicated and yelled out for the first time what he wanted. he didnt even receive the call for the wishmaking. what happened was that baek kang is like a wish listener?? something like that, so when he heard the wish, he said that he would make it come true, and thats what triggered the wish. the mc is a total bitch. he no longer likes cha hyuk so when cha hyuk said he likes him, he tells him his feelings are all made up from the wish. that may be true, but its not (we find out later on). he continues to brush cha hyuk off to chase for his new love, like at least take responsibility, will you?? i mean at least he isnt giving up and is still trying to fix the wish that he made that technically isnt his fault tbh... cha hyuk is actually a really lonely and sad character so basically the only person he cherishes is ha jae. even the reason why he tried to k!ll himself once in the original time was bc ha jae was avoiding him, and that was bc the mc told him about how he is gay, but cha hyuk was upset that he didnt tell him already, so he was pretty salty to him. so yea. so when ha jae tried to end their friendship once and for all, he goes crazy and r@pes him. yep, crazy i know. his sad past definitely does not justify his actions and i really hate him now, though he is quite pitiful. baek kang is kind of a problem character too, he blamed ha jae for quite some stuff, made him miserable, and ran from his mistakes. you know how everyone suddenly got his memories back while he was in a coma? and how all the blame went to ha jae once baek ra got her memories back and k!lled herself? actually... baek kang was the one that made the wish to get his memories back, and everyone got theirs back in the process. and he proceeds to make the dumbest excuses for why he is placing the guilt on ha jae. ha jae and baek kang FINALLY meet up after like 30+ fucking chapters, and they find a way to cancel their wishes. and they go back to 2010 or something, and its the day that baek ra and cha hyuk were supposed to get married. YEA BAEK RA IS ALIVE AGAIN. the mc still has his memories. baek ra doesnt but she got some glimpses of her past and shes not sure what it is but she wants to explore herself or something so she breaks up the marriage and leaves. ha jae is once again, looking for baek kang (bitch when u gonna stop w da obsession) and on his way he meets cha hyuk. then he suddenly asks "do you still love baek kang?" which totally surprises him cuz he thought he aint have his memories. and cha hyuk hugs him from behind and i thought its all gone to shit again but then he says that he doesnt want him to hate him again, so he lets him go to baek kang. and yes, most likely cha hyuk still likes the mc. and so yea, ha jae finds baek kang in front of his house, they kiss, the end.
bro that was long asf but thats cuz this story complicated as hell and i rlly regret reading this lol
