At least he did something, that's a start. Character development doesn't happen from the night to the day, it takes a little while. That's how people grow, mature. I can't tell much from the next chapters since I didn't read, but what I do know is that he gave a step in the right direction and that's all I could ask for.
Unfortunately he questions everything literally the next chapter. Param has yet to tell Hwi how he actually feels. Param is getting character development and it’s clear he has issues to work through. He should work on that before becoming involved with someone else as this has only hurt Hwi.
Everyone acting like Param is totally great now. He literally did the bare minimum after leaving Hwi high and dry. Param isn’t being open and honest and it doesn’t get better in the next few chapters ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
