I agree shin should just outright reject Wolfgang instead of this push and pull game it’s seriously irritating
Exactly. Like he just think of Wolfgang as a puppet whom he can string along. I feel like he is underestimating Wolfgang's capability as a king and that's what pissing me off. I'm hoping he will stop seeing Wolfgang as a king and see him as a human first.
Literally. It’s like subconsciously he knows and expects Wolfgang to listen to him and do what he says (because he understands the power he holds in their relationship and that Wolfgang has gone along with shins plans from the very beginning/he subconsciously understands how much Wolfgang is in love with him). But at the same time he gets shocked when Wolfgang doesn’t just follow his every order despite the fact he made him king. He both understand and doesn’t understand his position. He wants to be put in his place by Wolfgang because for some reason he’s a slut of bureaucracy and class/status power structures...despite the fact he toppled one as a CHILD...and wants Wolfgang to exert his power over him as king (I say want because he keeps pushing Wolfgang to do this). BUT at the same time he’s shocked and upset whenever he is not in control of Wolfgang or the situation. You can’t...have both.
Ik shin wasn't the focus of this chapter but boy's presence is now annoying me. Like imagine having someone who respects u, puts you first, is ready to bear or throw the fucking crown for you and yet you don't respect him.
Also that big guy showing his kids drawing was so cute.
