From what I've seen from novel readers it's like a Doctor Elise/Athanasia thing where she lived her first life as Cayena, died, reincarnated as her Korean self and read the novel that was about her previous life, and then died again and reincarnated again as Cayena. So she has memories of both her previous lives and so has a huge advantage over making things go her way.
okay so this question is a yes and no. cayena did reincarnate so her soul is there but an isekaied also happened so another woman is there. however, they are "one". as you can see cayena dislikes all this shit and wants revenge cause obviously she went through getting killed. she's a lot smarter than before most likely because of the other woman. it's hard to explain im sorry. you can just see this as any other reincarnation/isekai manhwas. anyways my opinion on this was that an isekai wasnt needed since it's just gonna be revenge but whatever. hope this helps in some way

No problem! I was slightly confused as well so I'm glad novel readers could clear it up :) I wish they would have made it a bit clearer in the manhwa because now it makes it seem like her isekai wasn't needed when in reality I think it plays a huge part. Her first life was hers to live as she thought fit and it didn't end well, her second gave her insight and her third is where she is able to really seek that happy ending she wants through the knowledge she's gained.
Ok so can someone tell me if she’s the real cayena? I mean in the first chapter she said she returned. Then later she is reminiscing Cayena’s memories as if she has lived through them and just now in chapter 19 it seems like she’s lived through the abuse that shit Gillian put Real Cayena through.Is this like doctor elise?
