I don't know if this is true this is my opinion I believe that the baby is making it unable for him to get marked I only think this because right now she did not expect to see him and he is scared and that can affect the baby and the baby is probably stopping it from happening or in other stories that I have read both people have to actually be in the mood for marking to work and since he is kind of traumatized and scared right now it's probably not working once again this is my opinion I don't know

I think it's because Keith doesn't mean anything to yeonwoo / yeonwoo doesn't like him anymore. I might be wrong though >.<

Ok so in MY understanding, Omegas can’t be marked. Like at all, by anyone. It won’t stay permanently. Think of a hickey or a bruise. It’s there for a bit but it heals. But for alphas, it’s more of a brand. When you’re bit, that’s it. The one that bit you is the only one who will be affected by your pheromones. I think alphas can still sleep with other omegas, but as far as pheromones affecting other omegas go, it won’t work for anyone else except the person who bit them.
