Lee Hwa is a hybrid Male Lycan and vampire genes. and Seolhyun is the female pure blood lycan.

I certainly read that hwa is a female lycan too but not a pure breed coz he is part vampire and gok was not a pure breed in the first place.

I know i read a lot to times to make sure i read it right coz i could not believe that he is a female lycan. Female lycans are the only ones that can do marking that is why hwa and hyung mark each other. Where if hyung was the only one female, then the marking will be one sided as males cannot mark the female. That is why it was impossible to separate them.

As hwa is not a pure breed, it will take an extra procedure for him to be a complete female, like having a uterus like what had gok had to go through in order to have hwa.


Now this is what i read from the translations. Now if the translations were wrong, then that is not my fault. But it make more sense to me that the reason their marking at each other were impossible to break to the point that their memories had to be erased but ino knows that it is imposible to be changed anyway.

He was already marked by Seolhyun (uke) when they were still kids, before the accident happened that caused Lee Hwa losing his memories (with Ino's doing too) to keep them both safe.
