SO if this infertility doesn't have any impact on her overall health, why bringing up a medicine? It is hurtfull enough for a women (even more of this time) to not be able to give birth.
She accepted it, used it at her benefit even if it caused her a lot, and since she has no chance to have a divorce at some point, then her worth (from her point of view) is to NOT give a child.
Why give her hope? And if she were to get pregnant by accident would her husband kill her child?

Honestly I feel her pain, it is indeed terrible to have people pity you for your choices (which you most likely regret) when they are the same people now keeping you in this situation.
