I don't know about kaylus and jewel, isn't kaylus part god (what's with his golden eyes and everything...)?
Kaylus is the grandson of the witch and Antoine. The son of Hansel and the women that seduced him who most likely had god blood running through her ( hence kaylus been half witch half god )
So Jewel and his alter-ego were the child(ren) of a titan and a witch or a human?
The seer-dude was actually a lonely dragon-familiar, the two old ladies were descended from witches, and had been experimented upon.
And Kaylus is the son of the littlest witch and the duke's-great-great-great-ancestor? Is that about right?
