You are absolutely correct,, chowon is actively trying to change because he wants too but it won’t be an instant change. And the way kyungsoo is acting is just the pushy “boyfriend” who uses your weakness and makes you feel weak and insignificant treating chowon as a animal/ sex toy to please himself. Sure kyungsoo is a good friend and he’s attractive but he’s being a horrible partner. Not someone you would wanna date when you’re going through a tough time and slowly changing yourself

This couple is getting more and more toxic, and the most toxic one isn't Chowon but Kyungsoo.
Kyungsoo has now the reputation of being the gentle, understanding, caring, affectionate partner. He could really be the person who could truly love and help Chowon. But it's not like this.
Since he discovered the past of Chowon, Kyungsoo never tried to understand and help him (on the contrary he avoided him and left him suffering alone), he never tried to have a proper, serious dialogue with him.
Chowon is suffering, Chowon knows that he has a bad personality and is "unstable" but like he said 'he has always been like that and Kyungsoo can't demand he changes overnight, and he can't pressure him like that' and he needs time to change.
After Chowon expressed these true feelings what does Kyungsoo do? He simply tells Chowon to not use tears because he's weak to them and then fucks him.
Is this in your opinion the best way to solve things? Kyungsoo doesn't really hear what Chowon has to say, doesn't understand him and doesn't help him step by step getting a better person. Kyungsoo just thinks that if they fuck everything is solved.
It seems like Kyungsoo is just blinded by Chowon's beauty and is not attracted by his person/character.
With Kyungsoo by his side Chowon will always feel like he's the one in the wrong, he's the evil one, that every time is always his fault, that he has to be submissive.
