Please help me find this manga I want to reread

I'll just have to get into detail about this manga as it has a complicated plot. I tried to find it myself but I can't guess the right genre so I didn't manage to find it. Please help me. It's supernatural but idk if it's psychological or romance as well so here goes my summary....


He's a high school boy who has to work as a servant at his mom's bestfriend's house cuz his mom is in coma ever since he's young. His masters are hiding their daughter in a separate house inside their residence cuz she's terribly ill and is rumoured she's beyond any doctor's help. He got curious and kind of want to help her cuz his mom is ill as well and is somewhat relying on machines to keep her alive. And so he checked the area near her house while cleaning the fallen leaves and as he was cleaning he makes sure he is doing his job properly as the family paid him fairly enough to help him pay his mom's hospital bills and so that made him unknowingly trespassed the area and he saw someone sleeping on the bench under the heat of the sun. He somehow managed to get into a conversation with her and and got to know she was the hidden daughter. He wants to be her friend as she appears to be a normal person and talks maturely, nothing like the rumours, but the girl told him something like if he can understand her then he could be her friend. The girl asked him to keep their conversation and a secret as she's not allowed to go out the house. He went back to her place and saw her house's window is broken, he panicked and went inside only to find her sleeping okay and surrounded with all the dirty stuffs and so he cleaned her whole house and made her dinner. The girl woke up but she's now looking unkempt and seemed to be ungraceful, didn't show any signs of feeling like she's literally empty and somehow only remembered their previous conversation vaguely. Despite showing signs she wants to accept his friendship, she rejected him without telling him why, thank him for his service and let him go back to the main house before he'll be discovered. He kept coming back to her place and somehow each time they see each other she talks maturely and welcoming so he thought she was just in a bad mood that one time he cleaned her house. They promised to let the boy take him outside secretly to watch the meteor shower as it was her dream to see it and so they went late at dawn and he fell in love with her and as she happily gazed up the sky he unknowingly blurted out a confession. The girl only smiled at him and said "but (name), I am a guy too", and so his feelings crumbled as he was rejected by a reason he couldn't understand. He was hurt and didn't show up the next few days until he caught her sneaking out their residence wearing fashionable clothes, bag, hair and make up; even has a smart phone. He didn't managed to get to her to stop her from going outside and so he followed her and saw her attending a get together of a group of fans of a sports team. She's so jolly and talkative, talks like a proper teenage girl who didn't lack social skills. He's now confused and to solve his many questions, he decided to observe her. The next time he saw her she's back to that gloomy unkempt girl and then she turned childish the next day, then the next day she went back to that mature one he met the first time who loves flowers. He finally understood what her illness is and approached her again and this time he just wants to be her friend. He told her he now knows she has more than one personality and wants to know who the real one is. She told him the real one is the gloomy one and so to help her she ask him to keep talking to the real one as many times as possible so that she won't feel empty. The other personalities are happy with the result as they could finally get the real one motivated to live her life and when she's normal they can finally leave her. There was this one personality whose wish was achieved and so she bid farewell. When the real one knew that personality was gone she got scared and when she knew that the reason they made her have a friend is that they could finally leave her for her to leave her life normally she got really upset and ran away from the boy. That was when the time the real one fell asleep, the mature one who's a guy that loves flowers who rejected him, sneaked in turn to use her body and went out to meet the boy. She told her that they are not really her other personalities and that she's never ill that's why the doctors cant treat her. She is just a very lonely selfless neglected girl. She is so selfless she doesn't know how to love herself, so lonely she doesn't know how to be happy, so neglected she doesn't know how to even approach her parents. She is so empty she's basically an empty shell. And because she's an empty shell she is prone to attract the ones who still wants to live their lives. Yes, she's not ill but possessed. The personalities inside her are the spirits of the dead and the ones who are in coma that can't get back for some reasons. The mature one that revealed her circumstances is actually the spirit of her grandfather who took care of her when he was alive and when he died the girl felt even more empty until she was possessed by some evil spirits. That's the time her parents decide to lock her in the separate house. The grandfather's spirit who can't rest in peace as he can't leave the girl alone decided to occupy her body to get those spirits out of her and that's when he started to watch over her and helped those good lost souls by letting them in her body and in return they have to help him watch over his granddaughter's body.
