He kills his family and anyone who was malicious towards him, his mom, and the MC. I assume that he technically ruins the empire(for mostly royalty and nobles) since he toppled the original monarchy that was in place. Honestly I think it will be an improvement compared to the bloody and full of lies/war empire the current and shitty king would bring if left to live and rule.
