That time, I think Chi Hwan misunderstood the situation and thought the long haired guy betrayed him thus tying him to this "link" and made him immortal and suffer. Going to the present time, I think Chi Hwan will consider the long haired dude's offer for Sooin but to do that, they are going to do something. But even I don't know what this something is. Everyone assumed it includes sex, but raws stopped before we could see that. And poor Sooin not knowing what was Chi Hwan's plans and leaving him with the motherfucking bodyguard that is Sungha. :(
